In the free chat the matches are random, so you’ll meet all kinds of people. With Premium (€7.99 a week or €19.99 a month, cancel any time) you can choose to see trans people, women, men or couples, and narrow it down by country, distance and age.
Respect is a rule, not a suggestion
A trans chat only works if trans people feel safe in it. Our community rules ban mockery, insults, harassment, homophobia and transphobia, and the report menu has a specific option for homophobia or transphobia. When you report someone, the call ends at once, you’re never paired with them again, and a real person on our team reviews it. Repeat offenders are banned, and decisions can be appealed.
A good rule of thumb for everyone: talk to the person in front of you, not to a label. Ask about their day, their city, their music. Intrusive questions about someone’s body or transition are not an icebreaker, and treating people as a curiosity is the fastest way to get skipped and reported.
Privacy features that matter
